Amfanin Shan Mangwaro

Mangwaro yana daga cikin ‘ya’yan itatuwa masu daɗi kuma masu cike da sinadarai masu amfani ga jiki. Mutane da yawa suna cin sa ne don daɗi kawai, amma a zahiri yana da fa’idoji masu yawa ga lafiya kamar yadda masana suka bayyana.

Mangwaro

1. Yana Taimakawa Yaƙar Cutar Daji (Cancer)

Mangwaro na ɗauke da sinadarai masu ƙarfi kamar antioxidants da ke taimakawa wajen kare jiki daga cututtuka masu haɗari.

Dalili:

– sinadarai kamar quercetin da gallic acid

– suna hana lalacewar ƙwayoyin jiki

👉 Wannan na iya rage haɗarin kamuwa da wasu nau’in cutar daji. 

2. Yana Rage Kiba a Jiki

Mutane da ke son rage kiba na iya amfana da mangwaro.

Dalili:

– yana ɗauke da sinadarin pectin da Vitamin C– waɗannan suna taimakawa wajen narkar da kitse

👉 Yana taimaka wa jiki rage taruwar mai. 

3. Yana Gyara da Inganta Fata

Mangwaro na da amfani sosai ga fata, musamman ga mata.

Dalili:

– yana ɗauke da sinadarai masu gyaran fata

– yana taimakawa rage kuraje

👉 Yana sa fata ta yi laushi da haske. 

4. Yana Ƙara Lafiyar Ido

Idanu suna bukatar wasu bitamin domin su yi aiki yadda ya kamata.

Dalili:

– mangwaro na ɗauke da Vitamin A

– wanda ke taimakawa ƙarfafa gani

👉 Haka kuma yana rage matsalar bushewar ido. 

5. Yana Ƙarfafa Garkuwar Jiki

Mangwaro na taimakawa jiki wajen yaƙar cututtuka.

Dalili:

– yana da yawan Vitamin C

– yana ƙara ƙarfin jiki

👉 Wannan yana taimakawa rage kamuwa da mura da sauran cututtuka. 

6. Yana Taimakawa Narkewar Abinci

Mangwaro yana taimakawa wajen aikin ciki da hanji.

Dalili:

– yana ɗauke da sinadarai masu taimakawa digestion

– yana sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci

👉 Wannan na hana kumburin ciki da matsalolin hanji.
