Amfanin Yin Wanka Da Ruwan Zafi A Lokacin Sanyi

 Kasancewar ruwan zafi abu mai muhimmaci, musamman a lokacin sanyi ko hunturu, aka ga ya dace a tattaro wasu ingantattun shawarwari domin kula da lafiyar fata da ma jiki baki ɗaya. Ga kaɗan daga cikin amfanin yin wanka da ruwan ɗumi.

Ruwan Zafi

Amfanin yin wanka da ruwan zafi a lokacin sanyi
:

1. Yana rage jin sanyi:

Wanka da ruwan zafi yana taimakawa jikin mutum ya ji ɗumi, musamman a lokacin hunturu ko sanyi mai tsanani.

2. Yana sassauta tsokoki:

Ruwan zafi yana sa tsokoki su sake, yana rage gajiya da ciwon jiki bayan aiki ko motsa jiki.

3.  Yana motsa jini:

Zafi daga ruwan wanka yana taimakawa wajen hanzarta gudun jini a jiki, wanda ke inganta lafiyar zuciya da gaɓoɓi.

4.  Yana kwantar da hankali:

Wanka da ruwan zafi yana rage damuwa (stress) da tashin hankali, yana sa mutum ya ji nutsuwa.

5. Yana tsarkake fata:

Ruwan zafi yana buɗe pore ɗin fata, yana taimakawa wajen fitar da datti da mai da ke tattare da fata.

6. Yana taimakawa wajen samun barci mai kyau:

Yin wanka da ruwan zafi kafin kwanciya yana taimakawa jiki ya huta da sauƙaƙe samun bacci.

7. Yana taimaka wajen waraka daga mura ko tari:

Hucin ruwan zafi (steam) yana buɗe hanyoyin numfashi, yana taimakawa wajen rage toshewar hanci da numfashi mai wahala.

Lura: Kada ruwan ya yi zafi sosai, domin hakan na iya ƙone fata ko busar da ita. A yi amfani da ruwan dumi mai matsakaicin zafi.
