Abincin Da Ya Kamata Mai Ciwon Koda Ya Kiyaye

 Yayin da cuta ta shiga cikin jikin ɗan'Adam, kulawa na da matuƙar muhimmanci. Lafiya ita ce komai, sai da ita ne ake iya yin komai a rayuwa. Ƙoda na taka muhimmiyar rawa sosai a cikin gangar jiki, don haka akwai kalar abincin da take buƙata a yayin da ta samu wata matsala. Kulawa na taimakawa sosai a lokacin da ake jinya. A nan, an kawo jerin sunayen wasu kalar abinci da ya kamata mai ciwon ƙoda ya kiyaye.

Koda

1. ABINCI MAI FUROTIN (Protein) da YAWA

Idan kana da matsalar ƙoda, cin nama da yawa yana ƙara gajiya ga ƙodarka, saboda furotin yana haifar da "nitrogenous wastes" da ƙoda ke shan wahalar tacewa.

Misalai: nama, kifi, ƙwai, awara, wake, madara etc

2. ABINCI MAI ƊAUKE DA SINADARAI

Misalai – Canned foods, noodles, sausages, da snacks suna ɗauke da preservatives da sodium masu cutarwa ga ƙoda.

3. ABINCI MAI YAJI SOSAI

Abincin da aka dafa da yaji da “seasoning cubes” da yawa ko da gishiri mai yawa suna sa jini ya hau, suna ƙara nauyi ga ƙoda.

4. SOFT DRINKS da ENERGY DRINS

Waɗannan suna da "phosphorus da sugar" masu lalata ƙoda da hanta a hankali. Misalai: coke, pepsi, monster, red bull, da makamantansu.

5. AYABA, LEMU, da KAYAN MARMARI MASU POTASSIUM MAI YAWA

 Idan ƙoda ba ta iya tace potassium ba, yana taruwa a jiki yana iya haifar da ciwon zuciya (heart failure) don haka yana da kyau a kiyaye.

Lafiya ita ce komai a jikin ɗan'Adam, don haka yana da kyau a jajirce domin kulawa da lafiya. Daga ƙarshe, ana bada shawara cewar, a ci abinci mai kyau, a sha ruwa masu tsafta, a ci 'ya'yan itatuwa daidai gwargwado, sannan a riƙa tuntuɓar likita a duk lokacin da ake fuskantar wata matsala.
