Gwamnatin Tarayya Ta Ba Ma’aikatan Hukumar Kula Da Ma’aikata (HR) Wa’adin Shekara Guda Domin Sifanta Kansu

A BUJA — Gwamnatin Tarayya ta sanya wa’adin shekara guda ga daukacin ma’aikatan gwamnati da ke gudanar da ayyukan kula da albarkatun bil’adama (wato HR) a sassa daban-daban na kowace ma’aikata, hukuma, da sashen gwamnati, da su mallaki takaddun shaidar kwarewa na kwararru. Wannan mataki na zuwa ne a matsayin wani bangare na yunkurin sanya kwarewa da kishin kasa a fannin gudanarwa na Ma’aikatan Gwamnatin Tarayya.

Wata takardar umarni ta musamman da jaridar The PUNCH ta samo daga Ofishin Shugaban Ma’aikatan Gwamnatin Tarayya a ranar Litinin, ta bayyana cewa an ba ma’aikatan da ke gudanar da ayyukan HR a halin yanzu rangwamen watanni 12 domin su samu sahihan takaddun shaidar kwarewa.   • Hukumomin da Aka Amince da Su: Babban shafin da aka amince da shi a cikin gida shi ne Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), tare da wasu hukumomin kasa da kasa kamar CIPD (Burtaniya) da SHRM (Amurka).
