KASAFIN KUƊIN INDIA NA 2026 YA MAYAR DA HANKALI KAN “TATTALIN ARZIKI” A FANNIN KIRKIRA


Kasafin kuɗin tarayya na ƙasar India na shekarar 2026 ya bai wa abin da ake kira “tattalin arziki” (Orange Economy) muhimmiyar kulawa, inda ya ƙunshi sassa na kirkira irin su zane-zane masu motsi (animation), wasannin bidiyo (gaming), ƙira (design) da nishaɗin kai tsaye. Bisa goyon bayan Rahoton Tattalin Arziki na 2025–2026, gwamnati na da burin samar da ayyukan yi, bunƙasa ƙwarewa, inganta ayyukan birane da kuma haɓaka yawon buɗe ido ta hanyar manufofi na musamman.

A cikin Kasafin Kuɗin 2026–2027 da Ministan Kuɗi, Nirmala Sitharaman, ta gabatar, an sanya masana’antun kirkira a tsakiyar dabarar bunƙasar tattalin arzikin sabis na gwamnati. Wannan mataki ya nuna ɗaya daga cikin mafi karara goyon bayan manufofin gwamnati ga abin da ake ƙara kira “Tattalin Arzikin Lemu”.

Kasafin ya ginu ne bisa tsare-tsaren nazari na Rahoton Tattalin Arziki na 2025–2026, inda aka bayyana yadda sassan da ke dogaro da kirkira daga harkokin animation da gaming zuwa nishaɗin kai tsaye, ƙira da kare haƙƙin mallakar fasaha za su iya zama manyan hanyoyin samar da ayyukan yi da bunƙasar yawon buɗe ido.

Ba kamar da ba, inda ake kallon waɗannan fannoni a matsayin nishaɗi ko nuna ƙarfi na al’adu kawai, yanzu ana ɗaukar su a matsayin masana’antu masu ɗaukar ma’aikata da yawa, masu tasiri mai faɗi a tattalin arziki, waɗanda za su iya ɗaukar matasa masu neman aiki, tallafa wa kamfanonin masu tasowa (startups), tare da ƙarfafa tattalin arzikin birane a faɗin ƙasar India.
